The Opportunity 

AMB Recruitment Group are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Divisional Manager to lead our head office in Sutton Weaver, Cheshire. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and the success of our business. As a divisional manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily sales operations, managing a dedicated team, building and growing the team and developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.

About You 

Ability to multi-task and prioritise work in a fast-paced environment 
Must be driven, resilient and persistent 
Must have proven experience in a leadership role within the recruitment industry, preferably within construction 
Strong understanding of the construction industry and specific staffing requirements associated with temporally and permanent recruitment 
Demonstrated success in business development, client management and team leadership 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
Results oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets 
Knowledge of relevant employment legislation and recruitment best practices 

Role Description 

Lead, manage and motivate a team of recruitment consultants to achieve targets and exceed expectations 
Develop and implement efficient recruitment strategies to attract and retain top tier recruitment talent 
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their staffing needs and tailored solutions 
Identify new business opportunities, develop new client relationships and contribute to the overall growth of the division 
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve 
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards and internal policies
