Winner Selection:  

The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The draw will take place within 48 hours of the giveaway closing. 

 

Winner Notification:  

The winner will be notified via Linkedin within 2 days following the winner selection. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 

 

Publicity:  

By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions and also agrees to participate in any publicity related to the contest. The winner’s name and entry may be published on AMB Recrutiment Group Linkedin page.

AMB Recruitment Group is not responsible for entries not received for whatever reason. AMB Recruitment Group reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice.

Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current United Kingdom data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. 

 

Governing Law:  

This giveaway is governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
